Hi,
You have to use procmail for that;
This is what I have done, here I am reading user preferences from a Mysql Database.
Run Spamd with the -q & -x option
spamd -C /etc/mail/spamassassin -d -q -x -a -u spamd

Note: you have to add a user "spamd" on the system

After starting spamd, create a .procmailrc file in the users home directory
and add this

:0wf
| /usr/bin/spamc -f -u $LOGNAME

if you want to redirect spam flagged mail to a separate folder , so add this also

:0 H:
* ^(X-Spam-Status: Yes)
mail/spam

so here your spam flagged mails will be sent to mail/spam file in the users home directory.
