You have to use procmail for that;
This is what I have done, here I am reading user preferences from a Mysql Database.
Run Spamd with the -q & -x option
spamd -C /etc/mail/spamassassin -d -q -x -a -u spamd
Note: you have to add a user "spamd" on the system
After starting spamd, create a .procmailrc file in the users home directory and add this
:0wf | /usr/bin/spamc -f -u $LOGNAME
if you want to redirect spam flagged mail to a separate folder , so add this also
:0 H: * ^(X-Spam-Status: Yes) mail/spam
so here your spam flagged mails will be sent to mail/spam file in the users home directory.
