Yes, it is. I don't know if it is male, though ;-)

That depends on where your mail system stores mails. You didn't state so
far, which one you are running. If you have local users/mailboxes on your
mailserver, you should be able to copy mails to whereever you want and use
sa-learn --single --spam < spam.txt or something to that effect to train SA.
See the docs and list archives for ways to use whole folders of messages for
that, too.
