If you are getting spam messages that have been tagged by spamassassin, and would rather get your spam messages un-tagged, contact your ISP and ask them to disable the product for your account.

I strongly suspect this is what your are experiencing, but you weren't specific about what emails you are getting...

I don't think you're subscribed to this mailing list, however if you are getting lots of messages starting with [SAtalk] in the subject, the following will unsubscribe you from the list. Note that messages without [SAtalk] in the subject do not come from this list.

To unsubscribe from SaTalk (or any open-source project mailing list hosted by sourceforge)

Go to https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/spamassassin-talk (or substitute the appropriate list name).

All the way on the bottom type in your email address and press "edit options"

If you don't know the password you subscribed with, press the "email my password to me" button.

Once you have your password you can enter it in the password box and hit "unsubscribe"...

Yes it's a few hoops to jump through, however all the sourceforge lists are confirmed opt-in only, and require a password be set at subscription time. You need the password to unsubscribe in order to prevent pranksters from "bouncing you off the list" with a forged unsubscribe.
