I do not agree. ok_languages is to prevent false negatives, it can not help with false 
positives. I stand by what I wrote.

Which languages are considered OK to receive mail in. SpamAssassin will try to detect 
the language used in the message text. 
Note that the language cannot always be recognized reliably. In that case, no points 
will be assigned.

The rule UNDESIRED_LANGUAGE_BODY is triggered based on how this is set.


So (as I understand it)
ok_languages it en
Would not affect italian or english email scoring, if you recieved japanese email it 
would trigger the undesired_language rule.
