You should send the RAW text; sa-learn needs the full message, with HTML
and multiparts intact, etc.

A benefit of sending the raw text is that you don't have to explicitly 
turn full headers on first.

You can also skip capturing the output (pine calls this "Free Output") by
typing ctrl-Y.
