Am I missing out significantly by not using Razor or DCC?
Really, you're not likely missing out on a whole lot. Razor is a very nice, very accurate tool, but it also consumes considerably more time than the regex based rules of SA.
I tend to view RBLs, razor, DCC, etc as great tools that improve the accuracy of SA by a couple extra percent at the expense of slower processing. If a couple extra seconds per message isn't going to affect your system very much, I say go for it, but if you're trying to tune for "low overhead" I'd skip on razor.
As for statistics, here's some quick stats from my own email:
Razor2 got 1,188 hits out of 2,194 hand verified spam emails, all of which were correctly tagged by SA.
1 out of 100 false-negatives were hit
11 of 11,897 other messages also got hits, 1 of which is likely spam anyway (solicitation from a web-linking site), and 4 of which were false positives.
I don't know how many of the correctly tagged messages would have become false-negatives without razor.
