Theoretically it could copy mail if it had some MDA code in it, but it does not. Really having a MDA inside SA would serve no generally useful purpose and would duplicate the efforts of your MDA.
Take a look at whatever tool you are using to call spamassassin (procmail, mailscanner, or whatever) or your MDA.. those would be more likely to have such a feature than SA.
