I used to participate on Usenet back when you would "read usenet" (all of it!) in the morning, just after your email (c. 1986). I'm sure those old addresses I used in the 80's are still being spammed and rejected. I should ask the old syadmins there. Never have I gone to a p0rn site, nor do I desire to. I get more spam than you'd imagine. There are basically 4 active email addresses here.
