Most of this is confusion, and a stubborn friend of mine that claims he saw otherwise.
Has report_header been removed?
I'm not seeing it in some docs, but I thought I saw it in others..
Now, what's taken its place again? report_safe?
Well a quick run spamassassin --lint with that in your config files will tell you that SA 2.50 and higher ignore the "report_header" command.
And you are correct, report_safe is the new option... see perldoc Mail::SpamAssassin::Conf
