No it doesn't (except for DelayLA).

And DelayLA would be a sendmail 8.12.x feature I take it ? It doesn't seem to exist in 8.11.x, unless I missed it. It's certainly not in my sendmail.cf.

But sendmail does have much better controls on its outgoing side,
which can be put to good use to solve the controllability problem.

See:
  http://www.ijs.si/software/amavisd/README.sendmail-dual

It describes the sendmail setup to be used with amavisd-new,
although it can just as well be adapted to spamc/spamd.

The key control here is the number of parallel queue runners (R=)
to control feeding of processess running SpamAssassin.

Mark

IMHO setting up a dual sendmail setup like that is over complicated compared to the way I'm running spamassasin now... I'm not having any problems, I've already solved the local delivery concurancy issue with about 3 lines in my local delivery script ages ago....it was the person I was replying to having problems :)

Simon
