Maybe SourceForge should run SA?

Actually, last I checked one of the secondary MX's (panoramix.vasoftware.com) does, and it runs an old version (2.21)... Look in message headers for it.. it always adds a spam-status header too (since I don't use the standard spam-status header, I see em every time the appear from another MTA.)

Of course, really I don't want listservers for this list running SA.. there's too many posts to the list which need to quote parts of spam that will get tagged if the do.

Personally I think SA shouldn't be run except on a destination MTA, not on a list mailer... I don't like getting mails in that have already been SA'ed as they may not have the same scoring and rule behavior I do.
