Sorry to burden the list with this but I can't handle this directly, for obvious reasons.
My bad for sending a direct courtesy copy; can one of the nice mail admins at Grumman explain how they concluded that 66.143.181.9 belongs to a spammer? My mailserver tests clean on OpenRBL (http://www.openrbl.org/ip/66/143/181/9.htm), it's on a static IP address, it's secure from relay, and has rDNS. Perhaps I'm tainted by being on a DSL line or being served by SBCIS (not my choice.) Or perhaps Grumman's gateway can't tell it's own users. Who knows? You certainly can't tell from the rejection message. If I'm not the spammer and <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> isn't the spammer, who is? :)
Regardless, I'd love to hear the rationale' for dropping this mail during the SMTP phase.

1. You have omitted many lines from the logs where your relay connects to their relay.
2. You don't have proper reverse DNS: adsl-66-143-181-9.dsl.austtx.swbell.net
3. Your domain does not exist; DNS lookup of "cynistar.net" gives "Non-existent host/domain"
4. DNS exist for your subdomain "soyokaze.cynistar.net", but we cannot see how you are introducing yourself, because those lines from the log are missing.
If you have more info, that might help. Also, have you tried the postmaster at that domain? Admin addresses should bypass the blacklist filters.
