I don't suppose you find it funny, but I don't know when I was able to laugh as much since Fawlty Towers or Kenneth Williams at his best. The mailadmin's nightmare. I don't think it's Spamassassin's fault. I don't run Sendmail, but I run parallel Exim 4 and Postfix 2 installations and I've never seen anything like that.
