don't have content_filter set in main.cf, instead use the overrides in
 master.cf and have a second IP address that doesn't have a -o
content_filter

 smtp inet n - n - - smtpd
         -o content_filter=spamfilter:

 1.2.3.4:25 inet n - n - 15 smtpd

then anything coming into 1.2.3.4 will not get checked. you may want to
add
a few overrides to only allow for certain addresses to be delivered to via
the second ip, otherwise you're opening a gateway for spammers to get
around
 your spamfilter.
