I "disconnected" postfix from procmail, so that spamd would no longer filter the mail, and I still have some spamd processes hanging about, and slowing down the server.
1) Do I have to kill all of thos processes to get rid of them? Will the mail be lost?
2) Is there a way to nice spamd, so that this doesn't happen?
Thanks! -- .Michelle
