If you can manage to get your users to "forward as attachment", that should provide you with messages you can run through sa-learn, Vipul's Razor, etc, etc, etc. That's what I've been doing for quite a while now, although some users' MUAs don't seem to have the ability to forward messages as attachments. :/ (KMail, Eudora, and Opera seem to be the worst offenders so far, followed closely by MS Outlook; Netscape and OE seem to work just fine. Pegasus is mostly OK, but seems to add a "Flags" tag of some kind to the *bottom* of such messages.) You *may* be able to feed in forwarded-inline messages, but you'll probably want to strip off the headers before doing so. -kgd -- <erno> hm. I've lost a machine.. literally _lost_. it responds to ping, it works completely, I just can't figure out where in my apartment it is. ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Etnus, makers of TotalView, The best thread debugger on the planet.
