I have an account at fastmail.fm, and SA, which was once very
effective, is now passing a lot of spam with scores <3

Virtually all of this spam has html text with the following
characteristics:

1) it's obfuscated with a combination of both tags and character
codes
2) it's base64 encoded

This spam is full of obvious spam phrases which are not getting
detected.

What is the status of this problem in SA development?

1: Question perhaps better directed to the SA delopment list?

2. My 2.60-CVS catches all of the above and never gets hoodwinked - apart from two single FP instances by a colleague on other mailing lists who insists on using DNSBL-blocked relays (that mailing list has since been regex-whitelisted, since the colleague has no choice - his ISP is of the great unwashed.)
