I just figured out what I did.. And I am a bozo (for all the world to know).

I didn't realize that all this time I am running spamassasin as root for
testing, but spamc for actuall running.  Well guess what happens when you do
sa-learn as a root instead of spamc?

You all can officially stone me.

Thats the bayes directory right ?

in user_prefs
bayes_path /.spamassassin/bayes
