We definately don't use Exchange, but do have to cope with a Novell
Netware mail server.  When my boss saves up a few hundred spams in his
pmail mailboxes, he's going to extract the messages into RFC822 files
and send them to me.  I'm then going to see the Bayes database on our SA
MX host with those messages.  Real mail is easy enough to come across.

I'm then banking that the autolearning feature of SA can 1) learn more
about the spam the rest of the company recieves and gently push the
scores in that direction, and 2) keep up with changes in spam.

That host only pushes 10-15 kilo-emails per week, so it'll take a bit of
time to get things up to speed.
