Well, I don't have good answers for all of these, but I'll cover two
of them....

No.  For instance, I have an archived spam with a subject line of:

Subject: REDUCE YOUR MORTGAGE PAYMENTS!          EGPZPWGV

and it triggers SUBJ_HAS_SPACES, PLING and SUBJ_ALL_CAPS 
(from SA 2.31 rules).

Well, I suspect the anser would read something like:

SpamAssassin is not VirusAssassin, in part because there already exist
good virus scanners for email (server and client side) and in part
because targetting viruses waters down the mission of SpamAssassin.
Perhaps you should consider Amavisd or Procmail Sanitizer for these
uses.

That said, I believe there is agreement from others that the FAQ needs
updating.
