Once you hand the mail to procmail, you can either deliver it directly
from procmail (i.e., writing directly to the users' mailboxes) or pipe it
back into Postfix (a la /usr/sbin/sendmail) and let Postfix deliver it.

Which of the two are you doing?  What's your procmail recipe look like?
