Use "formail -s < mboxfile | spamc -f >> newmbox" (untested)

Don't try to alter mailboxes of other users. It's pretty ugly.
Also, if you delete a mail from their mbox while they're reading their
mail, the program accessing the mbox could get _really_ confused.
If you use AWLs it can have a very similar effect to the one desired.

Example: I'm on a site-internal mailing list. There are 5 users on there.
If we get spam from one address, the scores of subsequently selivered
mails (user 1 to user 5)get higer and higher. Works analogous with ham.
