[SAtalk] Help w/local mail

I need to tell SpamAssassin to not scan locally originating mail. Is 
this done with whitelist_from or with a local rule or something else? If 
local rule, how do I structure it?

I have sendmail-8.12.7 with MIMEDefang-2.29, SpamAssassin-2.43 and 
ClamAV-0.54 on RH 6.2.
