I guess it depends on your schedule... I don't do ANY local delivery on
the qmail server, so I've set up mailboxes on the mailbox server
(Exchange) called SPAM and NOTSPAM.  Users can re-send to the
appropriate mailbox (or forward attached messages if there are more than
one) and I then jockey them around to the qmail server (not an elegant
solution, but it's working for now) and train the bayes scanner.  Not
automated, but it only takes a couple of minutes.
