And I'm just going to ignore that stupid "you and the local council"-concept; because if you want to compare companies enforcing their no-spam policies by blocking spamfinanced websites with elected officials digging holes in public streets then there's something seriously wrong with you.
Well, exactly - we all want to see *spammers* out digging holes in the streets. Easier to run them over that way.
