| Back around 1987 a 15 year old kid named Matt Wright wrote a FormMail | script. The original insecure version is still in use on a million | sites (no exageration). Spammers figured out how to send email through | it.
I wrote my own formmail.pl script which e-mails the spammer and the abuse@ and postmaster@ addresses of their ISP and netblock owners. It's not bullet-proof, but it works most of the time. Anyone that wants it can grab it from http://sthomas.net/misc/formmail.txt. It assumes that you use sendmail. If you don't you'll need to adjust line 19 accordingly...
