It did also surprise me...

What I also figured out is that Outlook is unable to send a HTML mail
without plain text. That's why I wrote this rule :

meta OUTLOOK_FAKED              ( __OUTLOOK_MUA && __MIME_HTML_ONLY )
describe OUTLOOK_FAKED          Outlook can't send HTML message only
lang fr describe OUTLOOK_FAKED  Outlook ne sait pas envoyer de mail en HTML pur sans 
texte brut.
score OUTLOOK_FAKED             3
