So if I had this mod_spam_die setup on mycomain.com/spam_die.html, would a
crawler/spam snooper also follow an empty link suck as:

<A HREF="spam_die.html"></A>

Doesn't seem like anything you'd want users to be able to navigate to off
a web page.
