Just read the top of the mass-check file.  It should be pretty
straightforward.

If you maintain a clean and up-to-date corpus, you may want to look into
submitting your results on a nightly basis to be used during SA
development.  By "clean", I mean everything is correctly classified as
ham or spam, and by "up-to-date", I mean most of the messages are no
older than 6-9 months old (especially for spam, I think it's okay to
have ham going a little farther back).
