This typically happens if you have some form of module/rule version mismatch. I'm going to bet that you're upgrading from 2.31 or earlier?
I'm going to try to reset everything to 5.6.1 and hope that the dependencies will come along and clear things up.
BTW - I have another that is running 2.50cvs.
Do you know how to turn on the Bayes?
