It makes sense; it's a positive thing for both NetAss and Deersoft... the community OTOH... who knows; most likely a lot of PR resulting in "how can I use this free version on my Win95", and maybe a chance for people to get paid for installing SpamAssassin... which in turn might make NetAss come running with their lawyers claiming that the name is being used in the wrong way.
