It will depend on how your mail service is set up.  If you run
procmail, for example, you can use it to check for the X-Spam-Flag:
header.

But you do need to consider whether you really want to do this.
SpamAssassin is very good at spotting spam, but it is by no means
foolproof.  If you do automatically delete mail that SA thinks is
spam, you *will* also delete some mail which isn't spam but which SA
thinks is (so-called "false positives").
