When installing Mail::SpamAssassin using Cygwin on Win98, I get the
following errors:

I am not a Cygwin nor a SpamAssassin expert, so it is highly possible that I
need to install some extra modules in Cygwin for this to work. All the
prerequisites for SpamAssassin have been installed on previous installation
attempts, so it must be something that SpamAssassin expects to be in the
Cygwin (Perl?) distribution that I haven't added myself.
Any suggestions to overcome this gratefully received.
