They seem to be having issues, I get lots of "Operation now in progress",
along with a bunch of errors from IO::Socket::INET.  Since I haven't
seen anything on the razor-users list, I'm cross-posting there too.

Running razor-check and following the debug lines, it looks like their
discovery server is down.

I did a "razor-admin -discover" and that hit 216.52.3.2 instead of 13.90,
and everything has gone fine after that.  I hope all my users don't have
to do this as well.  Anyway, FYI. :)
