Well, running a site-wide filtering solution with a per-user filter is
difficult, especially when the server in question doesn't have those
local users (as is my case).

What would go a long way to help is per-recipient manual white lists
in amavisd-new, rather than the current site-wide single white list.

Ditto for black lists, but that's not as important.
