Yeah, it looks like you have a perl script for /etc/sysconfig/spamd
and possibly the redhat-rc-script.sh file.  Uhhh..  I would scrap your
current install, grab a fresh tarball, and try again.  Make sure that
/etc/sysconfig/spamd is gone too.
