sa-learn-spam is a tool in the CVS (aka: development) version of
SpamAssassin. I believe a tar ball is available from the spamassassin
website, or you can use 'cvs' of course. ;)
I wouldn't use the devel version for your actual filtering though.
It's a devel version for a reason. ;)
