You can download the PHP template at:

Remember, you must program your own authentication, and the user_prefs file
must be writable by the group the web server runs as.
There isn't enough error checking to this effect yet, but it should be workable.

On a related note, is there a way for me to provide per-

user prefs for

user's whose mail is not actually delivered on my server
