man procmailex is your friend :)
In the user's home directory, make a file called ".procmailrc" (note the
dot). The contents of the file should look something like this:

:0 c
  * ^From.*[EMAIL PROTECTED]
  ! [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Assuming your Postfix / Anomy / Vexira / SA also includes Procmail, this
should accomplish roughly what you desire.
