When you speak to my web server and ask it to do something, it speaks
with the other internal hosts via a private LAN operating in reserved
IP space.  Any messages sent will go from the web server to the
outbound mail server via this private LAN, and the mail servers in
question will add those headers showing the transport.  There's
nothing fishy about it.

As to determining if it is really ebay, well, that's a really good
question.  I guess if the last received header prior to your mail
server's header is ebay, it would be a good hint.
