Peer to Peer blacklist sharing.
Similar to RBL but address specific?
I don't know, razor does content and rbl does address.
Might be more of the same unless they can come up with something that's either faster or more effecient/effective.
You might be able to distribute blacklists but that comes into the same problems that RBL does today. Your criteria and mine might not agree.
