OK, I've done all the RTFM and still don't have an answer to this one:
spamassassin has command options for adding address to the AWL
(--add-addr-to-blacklist) and by default it will add that address to the
current users list (~/.spamassassin?).
spamc/spamd run as root or as whatever you specify (spamd -u nullmail) and
you will have a AWL that's associated with the $HOME of the user nullmail.
unfortunately I see no way to use the command 'spamassassin' to
manage/manipulate the AWL that belongs to the system account 'nullmail'.
For security reasons I have configured nullmail with:
Shell: /bin/false
disabled login, disabled password
HOME: /var/spool/spamassassin
But there's nothing to point spamassassin to the AWL under
/var/spool/spamassassin.
Am I missing something or is this just a known condition and I just figured
it out?
I was hoping to be able to combine the speed of spamc/spamd with the AWL
functionality if spamassassin...
