Has anyone else seen a similar variation?
Thoughts on possible rules to catch this include:

/transfer of the sum of (US)?$[0-9]+Million/i (with some variations thrown in...)
Possible (low-scoring) matches on some of the phrases, which seem odd:
/dumurrage charges/i (correct spelling appears to be "demurrage"
/An adventist friend of the family/i (one of a few odd phrases I doubt would show in non-spam).
