Using procmail:

If you want to redirect all tagged mail as is (with tags) to a mailbox "spam_mail":

:0 :
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
spam_mail

Without tags:
:0 c:
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
| spamassassin -d | spam_mail

Second one it untested. If it fails then do:
:0 fw:
* ^X-Spam-Status: Yes
| spamassassin -d

:0 A:
spam_mail
