use_terse_report 1

Using the above will put the report in the headers, where you can remove
them using formail. If you're not using procmail, you'll probably need to
hack SA a bit.

You could use maildrop instead of procmail, but I think you'll still need to
use formail, or reformail - I can never keep the two straight.

To remove a header in procmail (X-Spam-Level)

:0 f
| formail -I X-Spam-Level
