The closest wild guess is "Is there a way to add to the beginning of the subject line "*SPAM*" and keep the rest of the original subject intact?".
The answer to that question is "that's more-or-less what SpamAssassin does to the email by default".
i.e:
Subject: Make Money Fast
will become:
Subject: *****SPAM***** Make Money Fast
If you want the tag to be *SPAM* (fewer * chars) edit your /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf and add:
subject_tag *SPAM*
If that's not what you are trying to ask could you explain what you are asking using more than one sentence, and preferably completing a thought before writing the next one? That looks like two over-lapped sentences asking the same question with different word ordering and it's very difficult to make sense of.
