Sounds like you've got IP address configuration issues to me.

Unless you're an exceptionally advanced user you probably should not be using an IP address of 127.0.0.2 for anything. That IP is part of the reserved block of loopback addresses and is illegal to bind to anything other than a loopback interface. It would be highly abnormal to have anything more than just one loopback, at 127.0.0.1.

If you are an exceptionally advanced user, can you explain your highly irregular network configuration so that us mortals know what IPs are bound to which relevant loopbacks, and/or relevant real interfaces?
