At the moment, all that is checked is the spam status of the message.

It would be possible to deal with confidence, but we'd have to change how
things are run (have multiple rules which compare the confidence level).

There are a few questions of course -- is it worthwhile to do so (Razor2
already gets a 3.91), and are there any guidelines about confidence
levels?  I mean, here's a check I did:

check: mail 1.0 e=4 sig=1Mm1TPBb0XBPo3QHZlgibC21AcUA: Is spam: cf 22 >= min_cf 1

So what does a cf of 22 tell me?  Is that good?  Is it bad?
