This is done easily in procmail, by checking for the spam status. Check the procmail example that came with SA.
But this may NOT be a good idea. Suppose some worker's wife sends him an email like, "When you get home I'm going to RAPE you like the little love monkey you are!" and ect.... SHould that personal email go to someone else because it's a false positive?
