Don't most mda's (procmail, maildrop, others?) support environment variable setting? (I know that maildrop does)... It would be plenty easy to set up a couple of variables that spamc (HOME, USERNAME, etc) sends to spamd for processing as overrides to system info... heck, all you'd need is the directory - spamd can grab the owner info on that to determine which user to suid to.
